Tears of Grog

An Orcish Longboat that was marooned long ago on a large jutting rock at the edge of the islands northern shoreline. Only accesseable at low tide, the castaways investigated this wreck at midnight on the third day. The Longboat was adorned with the white hand of the Helm of Belkzan, and it’s name was carved crudely in the Orc tongue along the remains of the hull. Though none of the group who explored it could speak Orcish, Gelik later stated that it was probably the Tears of Grog. An Orc slaver vessel that was active around the time when Sargava was still a Chellish colony.

Inside the ship they found the skeletons of many slaves, still chained cruelly to the ships rowing oars. During their encounter with the spirits haunting the Grog, Tavar understood the chained slaves cry for help and directed his allies to free the slaves remains from the chains binding their spirits to the ship. After helping several ghosts escape their earthly bonds and driving off the rest, the group retrieved a chest full of loot from the Longboats submerged hold. Amoungst the items was an ornate shield that Gelik identified as belonging to an officer of the Chellish expeditionary force stationed in Sargava long ago.
